PawCommunity started in Bali because we had someone on the ground. We don't launch globally before we've proven something works in one place.
Transparency before trust.
We publish our scoring methodology, governance documents, and decision rationale. If something can't be explained openly, it shouldn't be done at all.
Non-profit is a principle, not a status.
Every franc of surplus is reinvested in the mission. We don't exit. We don't optimise for investors. We build for the long term because the problems we work on are long-term.
